Saad is a registered Patent Agent and a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering. Saad has been working in the field of intellectual property, specifically in the field of patents, for the last 8years. Saad has drafted over 400 patent applications. Although patent drafting is his forte, his work expertise is not just limited to patent drafting. Apart from patent drafting, Saad also has considerable experience in preparing replies to Indian and foreign office actions. In his current practice, Saad is also actively involved in projects related to patent search and analytics, viz., FTO analysis, novelty searches, and patentability searches. Saad’s primary work domain is mechanical engineering but he also has sufficient expertise in independently handling projects related to software inventions and electromechanical inventions.

Dip is a patent prosecution expert and has prosecuted over 500 patent applications and drafted over 200 patent applications for multiple jurisdictions so far. She is well versed with Patent acts of US, EP and Indian jurisdictions. She is adept at handling projects from electronic domain, software domain, robotics, instrumentation and automation engineering, and mechanical engineering. Dip is not just a patent prosecution expert but possesses an all round experience of independently handling patent drafting projects, patent searching projects, patent litigation support, invention mining, freedom to operate analysis, and so on. She has assisted US and Indian attorneys as a technical expert in multifaceted litigations.
